With the Evolve iPad case, one can decide to have access to the iPad buttons or not by simply adding the custom inserts upon assembly.

The polycarbonate shell provides the strength needed to endure heavy use, and the metal faceplate was designed with customization in mind. Customers can choose custom colors or send logo/graphic files to print on a skin for the iPad kiosk faceplate.

Faceplate Design Instructions: Open the design template PDF file in Adobe Illustrator. The file has 2 layers and is designed to the exact size specifications of the printed material. The top layer is called "Guides," which contains the cut line information for the cutting machine. This layer will be hidden in the printing process, but needs to be used by the cutting machine as a reference. This layer should not be manipulated or removed. The 2nd layer is called "Your Design." This layer is where you insert your design. Do not combine or group layers in your design. Expand all fonts and embed artwork files in design layers. Do not link files to the layers. Once your design has been inserted, please save the file in Adobe Illustrator as a layered PDF.

While attending Macworld i ran across your custom skinned kiosks as was very impressed. After talking with one of your sales reps, he mentioned your company was looking into building an evolve for android tablets. Do you guys have a projected quater for which you would release an evovle for samsung galaxy 10.1 tab? please let me know at your earliest convienice.

How do you get the ipad 1 to fit in the evolve?

The evolve fits iPad 2 and the new iPad better than iPad 1, but you can quickly get iPad 1 to fit in the Evolve iPad case by removing the six tabs around the screw holes of the back plate. This is easily done with something that can grip like plyers or strong fingers and some twisting.
